Thank you for choosing CheatKings. As we primarily offer digital products (game cheats and hacks), our refund and returns policy differs from traditional physical goods policies. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Non-Refundability
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product (such as a cheat or hack) has been purchased and delivered (i.e., a download link provided, access granted), it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.
Exceptions and Eligibility for Refund
We understand that technical issues can arise, and we aim to provide fair resolutions. Refunds or exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: If the digital product is genuinely defective or not working as described due to our fault, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. This may include offering support and troubleshooting steps.
- Non-Functionality: If our product is verified to be completely non-functional, and no resolution can be provided, we may offer a refund, partial refund, or exchange for an equivalent product.
- Double Purchase: If the customer has accidentally made two duplicate purchases of the same product, we will refund one purchase immediately.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you have an unauthorized transaction, contact our support team, and we will review the situation.
Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact our support team through our Discord server within 7 days of your purchase. Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Any relevant screenshots or videos.
Our team will review your request. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible
Please note that we do not provide refunds for the following situations:
- Changed your mind: If you have simply changed your mind about the purchase.
- Incompatible System: If you have not met the system requirements or have issues with your own personal computer. Please make sure that your system is compatible before making a purchase.
- Bans or Account Suspensions: We will not provide a refund if a ban or account suspension is issued on your account.
- Use of Cheat Software: We do not offer refunds if a user is dissatisfied with the software if they have successfully used the software or have a problem with a feature.
- Misunderstanding: We do not provide a refund if the user has misunderstood the description of the product.
Exchanges
If your product is eligible for an exchange, we will attempt to offer you another product of equal value. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be considered.
